END-USER AGREEMENT FOR THE SULTAN AMP BY WATTS AUDIO
This agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document between you (either as an individual or an entity) and Watts Audio, governing your download and use of The Sultan Amp (or The Sultan Amp Demo for the free version). By downloading and using The Sultan Amp, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please remove the software from your computer and delete any associated documentation. Unauthorized use of The Sultan Amp is strictly prohibited.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
The contents of The Sultan Amp, including its software, documentation, and any associated elements, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Watts Audio. Reproduction, modification, display, adaptation, or any unauthorized use of The Sultan Amp is strictly prohibited and may result in prosecution. The trademarks, trade names, logos, and other distinctive signs of Watts Audio are protected by law, and unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
USAGE TERMS
Upon purchasing The Sultan Amp, you are granted the right to download and use the software on one or more devices, as long as you are the sole user. This purchase does not include the right to lend, lease, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the software to third parties. Watts Audio retains all rights, titles, and interests, including intellectual property rights, to The Sultan Amp and any associated components, documentation, and structure. You are expressly forbidden from altering, reverse-engineering, or redistributing any part of The Sultan Amp without written permission from Watts Audio.
DEMO VERSION TERMS
The Sultan Amp Demo is provided exclusively for evaluation purposes and is not intended for commercial use. By downloading and using the demo, you agree to use it only for testing. The Sultan Amp Demo cannot be lent, leased, sold, or redistributed.
REFUND POLICY
The User is entitled to a refund within seven (7) days of purchase if they can provide proof that the plugin does not function as intended. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
* The User provides clear and detailed documentation or video proof of the issues they are experiencing.
* The issues are confirmed to be caused by the plugin itself and not by the User’s device, digital audio workstation, or operating system configuration.
Refund requests should be submitted to [support@wattsaudio.store], along with proof of purchase and documentation of the issue. Refunds are not available beyond the 7-day period or if the plugin is functioning as expected according to the demo version.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watts Audio is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use The Sultan Amp. Downloading and installing the product is done at your discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any resulting damage to your system or data.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and any dispute arising from its terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
